Dr. Curtis J. Shell, DDS
Dr. Curtis J. Shell earned his dental degree from the University of Alberta’s School of Dentistry, before gaining advanced clinical experience as a Dental Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces. He returned to his hometown of Edmonton to establish his practice, and has been serving patients from his clinic in the former Alberta Dental Association building since 1983. With 42+ years dedicated to Old Strathcona and the surrounding Edmonton community, Dr. Shell’s commitment to excellent dental care remains unchanged. He is a registered member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, Alberta’s provincial dental licensing authority. Outside the clinic, Dr. Shell enjoys sketching, reading, playing hockey, biking, cross-country skiing, and travelling with his wife Margaret and their three sons.
ABOUT
Dr. Llewelyn A. Paras earned her dental degree from the University of Sydney’s Sydney Dental School, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected dental programs and ranked among the top dental schools globally. An Edmonton native, Dr. Paras returned home after completing her training to be close to her family and to serve the community she grew up in. She is a registered member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, Alberta’s provincial dental licensing authority, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Paras enjoys reading, yoga, playing violin, and piano. Dr. Paras brings warmth, precision, and a globally trained perspective to her work at Dental Haus, and looks forward to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to every patient she has the privilege of treating.

Dr. Nadasha Ambikesan is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her dental degree in 2015 from India and went on to achieve her license to practice in Canada, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and continuous growth in her field.

Known for her gentle approach and calming presence, Dr. Nadasha strives to make every dental visit a comfortable and positive experience. She understands that many patients feel anxious about dental care, and she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and well cared for.

Dr. Nadasha is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles through personalized treatment and attentive care.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two bovs. She also has a love for singing, which brings creativity and balance to her life.
